Please note that occasionally we have a Protected Education Time Training between 12:30 to 17:30. This will result in our phone lines being switched off and diverted to the out-of-hours duty doctors and the doors will be locked.

We will re-open the lines and the front door at 17:30.

Between 18:30 and 08:00 Monday to Friday and at weekends and bank holidays we are covered by the out-of-hours service located at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd, Sarn Lane, Bodelwyddan.

111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally. 

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

• Treat yourself at home
• Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.
